| In April 2003, Schielab in Breda, the Netherlands, placed an order for a hydraulic testing machine with a maximum force of 660 kN. This machine is deployed primarily for tensile testing of metal pipe in accordance with API 5L. As the customer needed to test a particular quality of this material, a maximum testing force of 660 kN was called for. Further, the test guidelines required testing of very short specimens and at high loads.
