Winner of Zwick Testing Machines Limited Customer Satisfaction Survey

As a leading supplier of material testing equipment and support services, including machine maintenance and calibration provision, Zwick Testing Machines Limited recognises the importance of understanding how we are able to better serve our valued customers. We aim to provide the most professional customer support through our extensive, technically competent, office and field based service team.

Always keen to improve our performance, we undertake regular customer satisfaction surveys to monitor the quality of our service support. We welcome feedback regarding the range of services offered, competence of our engineers, timely completion of scheduled work, quality of the certification and value for money. In 2011 we received a significant increase in the number of completed survey forms and all returns were entered in a draw to win an iPad computer.

Alan Thomas, Marketing Manager at Zwick, presented the prize to Mike Davies of Advanced Composites Group based in Heanor, Derbyshire, UK.

Mike, who manages the laboratory at ACG said, “I have been a Zwick machine user for a number of years and have always found Zwick particularly helpful with regard to prompt provision of technical support and ongoing planned maintenance and calibration of our installed equipment”.
