Introducing Kayleigh Coulbeck – Sales Office Administrator

Zwick Testing Machines Limited is delighted to welcome Kayleigh Coulbeck as our new team member who joins us in the role of assistant office administrator.

She will be working in the sales department assisting with general administration duties and handling customers enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner. She will also provide a valuable interface between customers and the Zwick Roell field sales team.
 
Kayleigh attended York St John University where she studied media and special effects make up. Since leaving university, she has spent several years’ in customer service roles where she has gained valuable experience in sales and warranty administration working for a large UK ‘blue chip’ company.
 
Her passion for providing first class customer support will be a tremendous asset to our company and will help consolidate our position as a premium supplier of materials and component testing products. Kayleigh has some exciting ideas regarding ways in which we can improve customer support at all levels and looks forward to implementing some plans to provide a better customer experience.
 
She describes herself as very outgoing and outside of work, Kayleigh enjoys reading, attending music festivals and following American football.
